Property Go Terms & Conditions

Understanding Terms & Conditions

At Property Go, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are essential for establishing the legal framework that governs the interaction between our subscribers and the website. Tailored to the specific nature of our property listing service, our T&C serve to protect both our subscribers and Property Go.

Key Elements of Our T&C

Our Services

    •    PropertyGo provides a subscription-based property alert service.

    •    We gather and process property listings from third-party sources using automation and AI to deliver alerts directly to you.

    •    We do not sell property ourselves and cannot guarantee that listings are still available when you view them.

Subscriptions & Billing

    •    New users are offered a 14-day free trial.

    •    After the trial, subscriptions are charged at £40 per month, unless cancelled before the trial ends.

    •    Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Wix Payments.

    •    Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

Your Responsibilities

    •    You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.

    •    Your login details must be kept secure and not shared with others.

    •    You may not use PropertyGo for illegal purposes or attempt to disrupt our service.

Limitations of Liability

    •    PropertyGo cannot guarantee that all property alerts will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.

    •    We are not responsible for missed opportunities, changes in property availability, or losses incurred from relying on our alerts.

    •    Our service is intended as a tool to assist your property search, not a guarantee of property acquisition.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

    •    Payment fails repeatedly,

    •    Users misuse the service, or

    •    Users breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
