Refund Policy

Paid Subscriptions

    •    Subscriptions are billed at £40/month.

    •    Payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once charged.

 

Cancellations

    •    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

    •    When cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of the paid month, and no further charges will be made.

 

Refund Exceptions

 

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

    •    Duplicate payments made in error.

    •    Technical problems that prevented you from accessing the service.

    •    Any situation where UK consumer law requires a refund.
